Reading the public pages does not require an account. An account stores a name, an email, and the organization. We do not sell personal data. If you write through the contact form, we use that message to reply and keep it while the question is open.

The site sets an essential session cookie and a cookie that checks a form post. It does not set an advertising or analytics cookie.

The app

The SDK keeps an install id that survives a token refresh and is new after a reinstall. An external id is optional and does not replace the install id. Tags are text the app writes. The service also keeps whether push is allowed, when the app was last opened, a country code taken from the IP address, and in-app impressions, dismissals, and button clicks.

The IP address is not stored. A crash frame for our own binary does not include the notification text, the push token, or a user id. The SDK does not start location services.

Xulo is published for app teams. The public site is not directed at children.
